Nev. Admin. Code § 459.97545 - "Person" defined
"Person" means a natural person, any agency of the Federal Government, any agency or political subdivision of this State, any form of business or social organization, and any other legal entity, including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust, or unincorporated organization.
