Nev. Admin. Code § 459.976 - Applicability

Except as otherwise provided in this section, the provisions of NAC 459.975 to 459.991, inclusive, apply to any person who transports hazardous material in this State. Except as otherwise provided by federal law, the provisions of NAC 459.975 to 459.991, inclusive, do not apply to the transportation of a hazardous material by any vehicle that is owned and operated by the Federal Government, this State or any political subdivision of this State.
