Nev. Admin. Code § 459.9933 - Marina storage tanks: Registration; fee; date for compliance
The owner or operator of a marina storage tank shall register each marina storage tank compartment with the Division on a prescribed form and pay an annual fee of $50 for each registered marina storage tank compartment.
