Nev. Admin. Code § 477.185 - "Protective signaling system" defined
"Protective signaling system" means electrically operated circuits, instruments and devices, together with the necessary electrical energy, designed to transmit fire alarms and supervisory and trouble signals necessary for the protection of life and property.
