Nev. Admin. Code § 477.3338 - Determination of compliance with codes; fee
For each project in interior design by a holder of a certificate of registration and license for codes and regulations in interior design, the holder shall submit to the authority having jurisdiction a plan that lists the types and uses of interior materials and furnishings which the holder will be using in the project of interior design, so that the authority having jurisdiction can determine whether the materials, furnishings and plan comply with the codes. The authority having jurisdiction may charge a reasonable fee for making such a determination.
