Nev. Admin. Code § 477.420 - Replacement of extinguishers; failure to comply
A licensee or registrant shall replace extinguishers removed from premises for servicing with spare extinguishers of equal or higher ratings during the period the extinguishers being serviced are removed. Failure to comply with the provisions of this section is a ground for the immediate suspension or revocation of the certificate of registration of the registrant or the license of the licensee.
