Nev. Admin. Code § 477.Sec. 3.2 - NEW

1. Except as otherwise provided in this section and section 2 , the State Fire Marshall will charge a fee of $46.20 per hour in relation to any inspection required to obtain a certificate of compliance pursuant to NAC 477.740.

2. Except as otherwise provided in section 2 , in addition to the fee required pursuant to subsection 1, the State Fire Marshal will charge the following, if applicable, in relation to any inspection required to obtain a certificate of compliance pursuant to NAC 477.740:

(a) If an inspection requires overnight travel by the State Fire Marshal, lodging and per diem expenses.

(b) If an inspection occurs at a time other than the normal business hours of the State Fire Marshal, an hourly cost sufficient to cover the salaries and administrative expenses of the State Fire Marshal.

(c) For a subsequent inspection at the same address, the actual cost of travel, salaries and administrative expenses.
