Nev. Admin. Code § 483.4615 - Interpretation of certain statutory terms
As used in NRS 483.480, the Department interprets:
1. "Arises out of the same offense" to mean
an offense for which a license was previously revoked or suspended and
subsequently reinstated or any offense that is the natural result of such an
offense.
2. "Offense" to mean a
violation of any state or local law.
