Nev. Admin. Code § 489.015 - "Advertising" defined
"Advertising" means any attempt by publication, dissemination, solicitation or circulation that:
1.
Offers title to or any interest in a manufactured home, mobile home, commercial
coach or travel trailer;
2. Causes,
directly or indirectly, any person to acquire title to or any interest in a
manufactured home, mobile home, commercial coach or travel trailer;
3. Solicits repairs or installing service for
manufactured homes, mobile homes or commercial coaches;
4. Offers a course of continuing education to
members of the general public; or
5. Causes, directly or indirectly, any person
to enroll in or attend a course of continuing education.
