Nev. Admin. Code § 489.411 - Permit required on job site; application for permit
1. A person shall not install, reconstruct or
make an addition to a manufactured home, mobile home or commercial coach on a
job site unless he or she first obtains a permit from the
Administrator.
2. The person must
apply for a permit on a form provided by the Administrator and pay the fee set
forth in NAC 489.380.
3. The holder
of a permit shall maintain the permit at the job site and provide the permit to
the Division or a city or county building department upon request.
