Nev. Admin. Code § 489.720 - Certificate of ownership held by trustee
1. If the Division
issues a certificate of ownership to a trust for a manufactured home, mobile
home or commercial coach, it will issue that certificate to the trustee in his
or her name on behalf of the trust.
2. A request for a transfer of a certificate
of ownership for a manufactured home, mobile home or commercial coach which is
held by a trustee on behalf of a trust must be made by that trustee or his or
her successor.
