Nev. Admin. Code § 490.065 - Confidentiality of personal information
Except as otherwise provided in NRS 239.0115, 481.063, 485.316 and 490.310, all personal information maintained in the records of the Department concerning registration decals and licensing pursuant to this chapter and chapter 490 of NRS is confidential and will not be disclosed by the Department.
