Nev. Admin. Code § 490.145 - Contents of contract: Generally
Unless otherwise expressly approved by the Program, a grantee must show due diligence in moving forward with the project within 90 days after the Notice to Proceed is provided to the grantee as described in subsection 1 of NAC 490.1435. If the grantee fails to demonstrate such due diligence, the Program may terminate the grant agreement after giving 30 days' written notice to the grantee of its intention to do so.
