Nev. Admin. Code § 490.350 - Effect of action or failure to act by Department or its officers or employees
No right of action exists in favor of any person by reason of any action or failure to act on the part of the Department or any officer or employee thereof in carrying out the provisions of NAC 490.300 to 490.335, inclusive, or in giving or failing to give any information concerning the legal ownership of an off-highway vehicle or the existence of a security interest therein.
