Nev. Admin. Code § 533.141 - Pleadings: Amendment or correction
The State Engineer may allow a pleading to be amended or corrected. The State Engineer may disregard any defect or error in a pleading which does not affect any substantial right of a party. A protest may be amended within the statutory period for protests.
