Nev. Admin. Code § 534.189 - "Rehabilitation" defined

"Rehabilitation" means a material change in the design or construction of an existing well, including, without limitation, deepening, hydrofracturing, recasing, perforating, the permanent installation of packers or seals, the installation of casing, resealing, installing or modifying liner pipe or reaming or underreaming the borehole.
