Nev. Admin. Code § 538.440 - Reallocation of power if contractor loses entitlement to power

If a contractor loses or surrenders its entitlement to power allocated to it by the Commission pursuant to NAC 538.340 to 538.670, inclusive, the Commission will reallocate that power in the manner provided in section 14.
