Nev. Admin. Code § 555.25075 - "Demonstration and research specialist" defined
"Demonstration and research specialist" means an industry representative or other person who publicly holds himself or herself out as being in the business of conducting field research for experimental purposes using pesticides not registered in this State or demonstrations using registered pesticides for the purpose of detecting, preventing, controlling or exterminating pests.
