Nev. Admin. Code § 585.765 - Containers
The containers which are used by the licensee for his or her products and their components must not be reactive, additive or absorptive so as to alter the safety or quality of the cosmetic. The containers must provide adequate protection against any element which can cause the deterioration or contamination of the cosmetic.
