Nev. Admin. Code § 587.620 - Tolerances
The tolerance for protein, fat, fiber, ash, calcium, phosphorus, salt, iodine and vitamins is two standard deviations from the mean. (The mean is determined by analyses made with a standard sample by many laboratories in the United States.)
