Nev. Admin. Code § 604d.Sec. 4 - NEW
As used in section 13.2 of Senate Bill No. 290, chapter 400, Statutes of Nevada 2023, at page 2399 (NRS 604D.310), the Commissioner will interpret the term "owner" to mean a person who holds an ownership interest of 10 percent or more in an applicant for the issuance of a license as a provider that is a business entity.
