Nev. Admin. Code § 616B.Sec. 2 - NEW
If a rating physician or chiropractic physician has determined the percentage of disability for an injured employee, the name of the rating physician or chiropractic physician and the date on which the physician or chiropractic physician made the determination must be:
1. Included with any information submitted by
the insurer to the Administrator pursuant to subsection 2 of
NRS
616B.018; and
2. Submitted to the Administrator by the
insurer within 30 days after the date on which the rating physician or
chiropractic physician made the determination.
