Nev. Admin. Code § 618.6449 - Trade secrets
If, during the conference at the beginning of an inspection, the employer identifies areas in the establishment which contain or might reveal a trade secret, the inspector shall label any information obtained in those areas, including negatives and prints of photographs and environmental samples, as "confidential-trade secrets" and shall not disclose the information except in accordance with NRS 618.365.
