Nev. Admin. Code § 618.722 - Captions; titles of cases
1. A hearing before
the Board initiated by a notice of contest must be titled "Chief of the
Occupational Safety and Health Enforcement Section of the Division of
Industrial Relations of the Department of Business and Industry, Complainant
vs. Respondent."
2. A hearing
before the Board initiated by an appeal must be titled "(Name of employer),
Petitioner vs. Chief of the Occupational Safety and Health Enforcement Section
of the Division of Industrial Relations of the Department of Business and
Industry, Respondent."
3. The
titles must appear at the left upper portion of the first page of any pleading
or document, other than exhibits.
4. The first page of any pleading or
document, other than exhibits, must show, at the upper right of the page
opposite the title, the docket number, if known, assigned by the
Board.
