Nev. Admin. Code § 618.764 - Confidential information
1. Upon application
by any person, in a proceeding where trade secrets or other matters may be
divulged, the confidentiality of which is protected by the act, the Board will
issue such orders as may be appropriate to protect the confidentiality of these
matters.
2. An interlocutory appeal
from an adverse ruling under this section will be granted as a right.
