Nev. Admin. Code § 630.043 - "State" interpreted
For the purposes of NRS 630.266 and NAC 630.147 and 630.149, the Board will interpret the term "state," when referring to a state other than this State, to mean a state of the United States other than Nevada, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands, or any territory or insular possession subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
