Nev. Admin. Code § 630.Sec. 1 - NEW

A licensee may apply to the Board to change the status of his or her license to practice medicine, practice as an anesthesiologist assistant, practice perfusion or practice respiratory care to retired by filing with the Board a notice in writing that states the intention of the licensee to retire from active practice. Upon the provision of such notice, the Board will change the status of the license to retired if:

1. The licensee is otherwise in good standing;

2. There are no complaints or investigations pending against the licensee; and

3. No disciplinary action is pending against the licensee.
