Current through March 28, 2022

Complaints or controversies that do not justify or require formal proceedings may be considered and resolved by the Board or the Executive Director or a person designated by the Executive Director through informal conferences, meetings, agreements, stipulations or other informal action as may be appropriate under the circumstances. Such informal action is held without prejudice to the Board, and formal proceedings may be instituted subsequently by the Board or the Executive Director or a person designated by the Executive Director for the same or related matters.
