Nev. Admin. Code § 633.Sec. 12 - NEW
If an anesthesiologist assistant loses certification by the National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants or its successor organization:
1. He or she
shall notify the Board, in writing, of the loss of certification within 10 days
after he or she receives notification of the loss; and
2. His or her license to assist in the
practice of medicine is automatically suspended until further order of the
Board.
