Nev. Admin. Code § 633.Sec. 21 - NEW
If the Board issues a letter of warning, a letter of concern or a nonpunitive admonishment to an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to NRS 633.510, the Board may deliver a copy of the letter or admonishment to the supervising osteopathic anesthesiologist supervising the care of the relevant patient, as shown in the medical records of the patient.
