Nev. Admin. Code § 637.410 - Conduct required; removal from proceeding

1. A person appearing in a proceeding before the Board shall conform to the standards of ethical and courteous conduct required in the courts of this State.
2. The Board may remove a person from a proceeding for a violation of this section.
