Nev. Admin. Code § 638.040 - Communications; payment of fees

1. All communications, payments or documents must be addressed to the Board and shall be deemed to be filed on the date of the postmark on the envelope in which it was mailed, in accordance with NRS 238.100.

2. Fees and remittances to the Board:

(a) Must be paid by money order, bank draft or check payable to the Board of Examiners in Veterinary Medicine; and

(b) May not be paid by currency, coin or postage stamps.
