Nev. Admin. Code § 640.Sec. 26 - NEW

If, after conducting an inspection or investigation pursuant to NRS 640.050, the Board issues a citation to a licensee for:

1. A first or second violation of a provision listed in this subsection, the Board will impose an administrative fine as follows:

(h) NAC 640.594.................................................................................	250	500

2. A third or subsequent violation of a provision listed in paragraphs (a) to (h), inclusive, of subsection 1, the Board will impose an administrative fine in an amount to be determined by the Board after the licensee appears before the Board pursuant to the provisions of NRS 640.155 and 640.160.
