Nev. Admin. Code § 640D.065 - Request for documents from applicant or licensee
The Executive Officer may request any documents from an applicant for a license or the holder of a license that the Executive Officer determines are necessary to carry out the duties prescribed in NAC 640D.050 to 640D.100, inclusive.
