Nev. Admin. Code § 641B.012 - "Approved provider of continuing education" defined
"Approved provider of continuing education" means a provider that the Board has approved to provide programs of continuing education without submitting the contents of each individual program for the review process set forth in subsection 1 of NAC 641B.191.
