Nev. Admin. Code § 641B.029 - "Dual relationship" defined
"Dual relationship" means a relationship between a licensee and a client to whom the licensee provides professional services or an intern or person who is supervised by the licensee that includes another professional, social or business relationship with the client, intern or other person.
