Nev. Admin. Code § 641B.095 - Evidence of age, citizenship and entitlement to remain and work in United States
1. For the purposes
of
NRS
641B.200, the Board will accept as
satisfactory evidence of the age of the applicant:
(a) A certified copy of his or her birth
certificate;
(b) A copy of a
current passport;
(c) A copy of a
current driver's license; or
(d)
Any other such documentation regarding age that is satisfactory to the
Board.
2. If the
evidence submitted pursuant to this section includes any order of a court or
other legal document specifying a change of name of the applicant or any form
of identification that includes a photograph of the applicant, a copy of the
document or identification must also be submitted to the Board.
