Nev. Admin. Code § 641B.290 - Construction
The Board will construe all pleadings so as to administer justice between the parties, and the Board will, or its presiding officer will, at every stage of any proceedings, disregard errors or defects in the pleadings or proceedings which do not affect the substantial rights of the parties.
