Nev. Admin. Code § 641B.342 - Continuance
The Board will grant a continuance upon a joint stipulation of the parties or the existence of emergency conditions or for good cause shown upon a written request filed with the Board and physically served upon the opposing party not later than 10 days before the hearing. The term "good cause shown" will be narrowly construed. Any party requesting a continuance for good cause shown shall appear on the date set for the hearing and be prepared to proceed.
