Nev. Admin. Code § 641B.365 - Testimony under oath
All testimony to be considered by the Board in any hearing, except matters noticed officially or entered by stipulation, will be sworn testimony. Before taking the witness stand, each person must swear or affirm that the testimony he or she is about to give in the hearing before the Board will be the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
