Nev. Admin. Code § 641D.Sec. 30 - NEW
To be eligible to obtain a license as a behavior analyst or assistant behavior analyst or registration as a registered behavior technician, a person must:
1. Submit to the Board
an application and all applicable accompanying materials as required by
NRS
641D.300 to
641D.350, inclusive;
2. Pay each applicable fee, as set forth in
section 45;
3. Not have been
convicted of a crime listed in NAC
641D.600;
4. For a license as a behavior analyst or
assistant behavior analyst, submit to the Board proof that the person:
(a) Has not been the subject of any
disciplinary action by and is not the subject of any outstanding complaints or
charges pending before:
(1) A licensing or
certifying authority of another jurisdiction; or
(2) The Behavior Analyst Certification Board,
Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization; and
(b) Has passed the state
examination administered by the Board pursuant to section 40; and
5. For a license as an assistant
behavior analyst or registration as a registered behavior technician, provide
to the Board notice of employment and supervision that complies with
NRS
641D.610 and the provisions of the "Board
Certified Behavior Analyst Handbook," "Board Certified Assistant Behavior
Analyst Handbook" or "Registered Behavior Technician Handbook," as applicable,
adopted by reference in section 46.
