Nev. Admin. Code § 641D.Sec. 59 - NEW
1. Upon a determination that a complaint
filed with the Board alleges a violation of any provision of a publication
adopted by reference in section 46 or 49, the Board will refer the complaint to
the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to
that organization, for investigation of the complaint.
2. If the Behavior Analyst Certification
Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization, finds the
allegations in the complaint referred pursuant to subsection 1 are
substantiated and imposes disciplinary action, the Board will accept the
findings of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in
interest to that organization, and deem the complaint valid. The Board may
impose disciplinary action pursuant to this subsection in accordance with the
provisions of this chapter.
