Nev. Admin. Code § 645.070 - Severability of provisions
If any provision of these regulations, or the application thereof to any person, thing, or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity does not affect the provisions or application of these regulations which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of these regulations are declared to be severable.
