Nev. Admin. Code § 645.445 - General requirements for renewal or reinstatement of license

1. To renew an active license, the licensee must provide the Division with proof that the licensee has met the requirements set forth in:

(a) NAC 645.4442 for the renewal of an initial license; or

(b) NAC 645.448 or section 3, as applicable, for any renewal subsequent to the first renewal of an initial license.

2. To reinstate a license which has been placed on inactive status, a person must provide the Division with proof that he or she has met the requirements set forth in section 52.

3. For the purpose of compliance with this section, 50 or more minutes of actual instruction constitutes a clock hour.
