Nev. Admin. Code § 645F.265 - Use of same name, confusingly similar name or name not approved by Commissioner
1. The Commissioner
will not issue a license with a fictitious name that is the same as or
confusingly similar to a name on a license previously issued by the
Commissioner.
2. A licensee shall
not conduct business using a name other than the name approved by the
Commissioner and indicated on the license issued by the Commissioner to the
licensee.
