Nev. Admin. Code § 653.085 - "Unprofessional conduct" defined for purposes of paragraph (e) of subsection 1 of NRS 653460

For the purpose of paragraph (e) of subsection 1 of NRS 653.460, "unprofessional conduct" means when a license holder engages in the following conduct:

1. A departure from or failure to conform to the rules of applicable federal, state or local governments regarding the practice of radiation therapy and radiologic imaging. If no such rule exists, a departure from or failure to conform to the minimal standards of acceptable and prevailing practice for radiation therapy and radiologic imaging.
2. Any practice of radiation therapy and radiologic imaging that may create unnecessary danger to the life, health or safety of the patient of the license holder. Actual injury to a patient of the license holder or the public need not be established for a license holder to engage in unprofessional conduct.
