Nev. Admin. Code § 654.1518 - Examination for licensure; fee

1. Examinations for licensure as an administrator of a residential facility for groups will be held at such times and places set by the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards. The fee for each examination will be established by the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards.

2. A passing grade will be determined by the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards.

3. An applicant who fails the examination may retake the examination. An applicant who fails the examination three times must wait at least 6 months after the date of the last examination before he or she may retake the examination.
