Nev. Admin. Code § 670B.Sec. 13 - NEW
In addition to any policies and procedures required to be developed and implemented pursuant to chapter 670B of NRS, a licensee shall develop and implement policies and procedures to:
1. Identify student loan borrowers who are at
risk of default;
2. Notify student
loan borrowers of the possibility of default;
3. Make reasonable efforts to assist student
loan borrowers in avoiding default; and
4. Ensure the licensee has the most accurate
and updated personal information of student loan borrowers.
