Nev. Admin. Code § 670B.Sec. 15 - NEW
A licensee shall apply a payment from a student loan borrower to the outstanding balance of the student education loan of the student loan borrower upon the date on which the licensee receives the payment in accordance with the loan agreement and in a manner that is most beneficial to the student loan borrower.
