Nev. Admin. Code § 670B.Sec. 2 - NEW
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, "place of business" means the physical location at which:
1. The officers and senior management of a
student loan servicer direct the business of student loan servicing and oversee
the day-to-day operation of that business; and
2. All books and records of the student loan
servicer are maintained.
